I am a designer and product developer based in the San Francisco Bay Area with experience designing apparel and accessories in both start-up and corporate environments.
My career in fashion began at Eloquii in New York City. A start-up at the time, it has now grown to be one of the most recognized names in plus size fashion. At this company, I developed a passion for trend research, an obsession with fit, and a commitment to improving customers’ lives. It was especially rewarding to receive positive feedback from women who felt like they had finally found unapologetically cool clothing that celebrated their figure rather than hiding it.
I was drawn to fashion design because it allows us to shape the way others perceive us and the way we perceive ourselves. It has been instrumental to me in defining my own identity. I fell in love with the process of developing a collection because I enjoy building beautiful things and the satisfaction of seeing a sketch come to life. I’m happiest when I’m bouncing between concept development, sketching, tech packs, and fittings.
I'm an Oregon native and a city person at heart. When I’m not working, I love road trips, hiking, and antiquing.
